Technical FAQs

Did you know that 85 percent of jobs are filled through professional contacts and networking? While this statistic may seem overwhelming at first, it is clear that networking is an important step in the job search process.

In PsychArmor’s course “Making Connections and Networking,” Medal of Honor Recipient, Capt. Florent Groberg, United States Army (Ret.), discusses the importance of networking, types of networking contacts, and the difference between job fairs and networking events. In addition, he highlights how your social media profile can expand your personal and professional reach.

Written in collaboration with the Department of Labor, this course will help service members, Veterans, and their families leverage their personal network to further their professional goals.
