    • Creating a military friendly work environment
  • Personalized workbooks provided to all workshop attendees (based on 25 participants)
  • Targeted list of veteran-sourcing organizations with personal introductions to each
  • One month of follow-on consulting services

  • Workshop with licensed professional dispelling myths surrounding the invisible wounds of war in the workplace
  • Assistance with OFCCP reporting requirements
  • Assistance in developing a Veteran Employee Resource Group
  • Education on Department of Defense and other Federal and State level programs assisting both Veterans and employers
  • 12-month follow-on consulting services on a monthly basis related to the customized Veteran Hiring Initiative workshop training.  Some examples include:

    • One-on-one consulting with hiring managers
    • Focused assistance with Military Branding
    • Assistance in resume reviews / translating military skills to civilian job opportunities;
