PsychArmor to create additional resources for Hidden Helpers

Wounded Warrior Project funds interactive journal and facilitator’s guide for child caregivers

San Diego, CA--As part of our partnership with the Hidden Helpers Coalition and with funding from Wounded Warrior Project®, PsychArmor is developing Peer Support for Military and Veteran Children Caregivers programming to supplement our existing 15 Things Military and Veteran Kids Want You to Know content. This program is powered by Wounded Warrior Project®️ to honor and empower post-9/11 injured service members, Veterans, and their families and will include an interactive journal and a facilitator's guide as well as a pilot support group.

Spearheaded by the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, the The Hidden Helpers initiative engages multiple stakeholders and partners to create supportive programming for and bring awareness to the 2.3 million children of wounded, ill or injured service members or Veterans.
